Jason Breves, associate professor of biology, Emily Popp 鈥�20, Eva Rothenberg 鈥�20, Clarence Rosenstein 鈥�20, Katie Maffett 鈥�20 and Rebecca Guertin 鈥�20 co-authored an article, 鈥�,鈥� in the journal General and Comparative Endocrinology.  

Patrick Campbell, visiting assistant professor of political science, was interviewed about the . His comments appeared in an article in the Times Union and in several other Northeast publications.  

Jenny Day, associate professor of history, published a new book and a journal article. The book, 鈥�,鈥� is a primary source compilation of bilingual diplomatic correspondence between Chinese diplomats and the British Foreign Office in the 19th century.  The journal article, 鈥�,鈥� explores how 19th-century Chinese diplomats interpreted sovereignty and used international law in their diplomatic negotiations.

David Howson, senior teaching professor and Arthur Zankel Executive Director of Arts Administration, has been appointed for a third term as a panelist for the New York State Council on the Arts. Each year, NYSCA awards over $42 million in state grant funds to more than 2,500 arts organizations and eligible projects statewide. 

Corinne Moss-Racusin and Casey Schofield, associate professors of psychology, along with Sophie Brown 鈥�20 and Kerry O鈥橞rien 鈥�20, co-authored an article, "" in Psychology of Women Quarterly. 

Cathy Silber, teaching professor of Chinese, was interviewed for an article, 鈥�Chine: Le Langage Secret Des Femmes鈥� (鈥淐hina: The Secret Language of Women鈥�), in the French feminist magazine Causette.  

A 2004 article co-authored by Mark Youndt, professor of management,鈥�Human Resource Configurations, 
Intellectual Capital, and Organizational Performance鈥� in the Journal of Managerial Issues, recently received an award as the most cited article published in JMI from 2000 to 2009 and was republished in JMI's 30th anniversary celebration issue.
